Terms and Conditions of Prize Draw

  1. To be eligible to take part in the Prize Draw, Tirlán must receive the Supplier’s completed Census no later than 11.59pm on 1 September 2026 (the “Closing Date”). Entry to the Prize Draw is free and no purchase is necessary. 
  2. Incomplete, illegible or late submissions will not be entered into the draw. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the draw. 
  3. Three winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the Closing Date. The first winner drawn will receive the First Prize, the second winner drawn will receive the Second Prize, and the third winner drawn will receive the Third Prize as follows: 

First Prize: 10 tonne of feed 

Second Prize: 5 tonne of feed 

Third Prize: 2 tonne of feed

  1. Where an entry is submitted on the part of a supplier company or partnership, any Prize awarded shall be awarded to the supplier company or partnership and not to the individual who completed or submitted the Census. The supplier company or partnership shall be solely responsible for determining how the Prize is allocated or distributed or used within its company or partnership. 
  2. Prizes are non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered. Tirlán reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value where necessary.
  3. The draw will take place on or before the 31 October 2026 and the winners will be notified using the contact details held by Tirlán. 
  4. Tirlán reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Prize Draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. 
  5. Personal data provided in connection with the Prize Draw will be processed for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw and in accordance with Tirlán privacy policy www.tirlan.com/privacy-policy 
  6. By entering into the Prize Draw, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by the decisions of Tirlán, which shall be final.
  7. Tirlán accepts no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries and, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tirlán expressly excludes all liability arising from participation in the Prize Draw or the acceptance or use of any Prize.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Ireland and any dispute arising on connection with the Prize Draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
