Our Procurement teams deliver business continuity by building long term relationships with suppliers of quality goods and services, ethically sourced via sustainable supply chains, supporting Tirlán's growth and innovation ambitions.
Who we are
Through a professional and structured approach to procurement, we ensure that high quality goods and services are secured at a competitive value and delivered on time, while minimising risk to the business. This is achieved by the Procurement team via the policies, processes and tools that we have put in place to ensure that Tirlán’s spend is managed efficiently and effectively for all stakeholders.
Tirlán's procurement teams work closely with key stakeholders to manage activities in the areas of supplier selection, contract negotiation and supplier performance.
